Mowi is looking into ways of meeting an increasing demand for plant-based protein products. Since 2022, we have conversations with key customers on developing new products imitating different fish products using vegetable raw materials. Consequently, vegan options have become an integral part of our innovation agenda. So far, our success has been predominantly in the sushi area, where currently about 10% of our products are vegetable based.
